If you’re a member of this newsletter, you most likely are familiar with my budget grocery series, where I take a single grocery haul and turn it into five simple, veggie-packed dinner recipes. That might even be the way you found me in the first place, somewhere on the internet talking about my philosophy around meal planning, budgeting, and joyful cooking. While the series isn’t the only thing I do, it’s at the center of all of my content. Every recipe I make, guide I compile, or tip I share comes back to the same mission: I want you to feel empowered to shop, cook, and eat with less stress and more confidence.
