Today I wrapped up my 11th budget grocery series, a series I kicked off in January 2023 and have continued to iterate on since. I truly enjoy making these grocery lists and corresponding meal plans, and I can’t thank you enough for your comments, shares, saves, and tags each time I do them. Seeing my recipes being made in your kitchen is my FAVORITE part of my job and I’m honored to share them with you ❤️

This week’s recipes were so fun to develop:

  1. One-pot caramelized shallot and thyme pasta

  2. Roasted garlic, cauliflower, and tomato soup with crispy quinoa

  3. Creamy greens, beans, and sausage skillet

  4. Maple cider tofu with sweet potato mash

  5. Sheet pan autumn quinoa salad with shallot vinaigrette

Having developed all of these different lists and recipes, a common question I get is “where can I access them all in one place?” So to answer that, this week’s newsletter is a comprehensive guide to all 11 series in one single download—something you’ve been asking for and I finally have been able to put together in an efficient way!!

I want to show you that eating nourishing and delicious meals is possible on a budget, and this series is my way to offer a resource to navigate meal planning and cooking with budget in mind. The highlight is seeing YOU and your families enjoying recipes from both new and older budget series, and I hope having this guide encourages you to try more of them…or even try all them over the next 11 weeks?! Could be fun.

This guide is a one-stop-shop for all 11 budget grocery series. You have everything you need to plan your meals, shop, and make the recipes.

Each page features:

  • the budget for the week & number of meals you’ll make

  • a meal plan with links directly to each recipe (no scrolling or searching required!)

  • the full grocery list for each week for easy following & printing

PLUS…my grocery shopping template and checklist to make sure you have everything you need before you head out shopping. I want you to be able to keep this download and reference it whenever you need it for easy shopping and cooking. That said, here she is, the ultimate jenneatsgoood budget grocery series guide!
