a high-protein, low-effort meal plan 2.0
back with another protein focused meal plan + breakfast & lunch options💪🏼
Happy Friday my friends! If you’re feeling how I’m feeling lately, you might be a little overwhelmed by the craziness that December brings. There’s a lot of pressure to participate in every holiday activity, turn your home into a winter wonderland, source the perfect gift for every person in your life, and spend lots of quality time with friends & family… all while attempting to set yourself up for a successful New Year.
I think that pressure can often be the reason why healthy habits drop off in December. It’s easy to get into a mindset of “well I’ll just start over on January 1st” when it all feels like too much. But, I truly believe our habits are what keep us grounded and productive AND that you don’t need any kind of “reset” to make tiny decisions throughout the day that benefit your future self (although I’m happy to help you with your January meal plan & prep goals when we get there 💕)
That being said, I want to make those tiny decisions EASIER for you so we’re back with another meal plan this week. Take the grocery list, get everything you need, and follow along so you have a plan when dinner time rolls around each night!
Since you all liked the last high-protein meal plan so much, I’m back with another high-protein meal plan this week! Each recipe has more than 30g of protein per serving, plus I’ve included extra protein hacks for each one to make the protein count even higher. These meals will keep you full and satisfied, but still consist of lots of plants and flavor. High-protein breakfast prep rec is included below as well!
