a meal plan to make your life easier
this week's meal plan with a PDF grocery list + my recs for the week!
Brian and I just got our first CSA box from a local farm, and I have to say that I might be a little too excited about having a box of fresh produce delivered every week. I’m trying to use the different produce items we’re getting every week to push myself to be a little more creative in the kitchen by incorporating different ingredients that I wouldn’t ordinarily pick up at the grocery store. Even if you’re not part of a CSA, I definitely recommend going to your local farmers market or using a seasonal produce guide to buy something you’ve never cooked with before and make a recipe using it.
I also found this really cool farm map that someone put together where you can find a local farm near you, so definitely check it out if you’re looking!
While I do try and push myself to incorporate new and different ingredients into my cooking, I’m also a big fan of making what you’re comfortable with when you’re tight on time. And with something planned just about every night this week, the meal plan included in this email is going to help you shop efficiently and save time while still eating delicious and nutritious meals.
Keep scrolling for the full grocery list (including a PDF download) and the recipes for this week’s meal plan. If you want to meal prep breakfast as well, scroll a little further to see what I’m making for breakfast this week, and what you can add to your grocery list to do the same!
I’d love to hear any questions, thoughts, or comments you have through our Substack chat! 🥰 P.S. if you missed Sunday’s meal prep YouTube video and need some inspo for this weekend, check it out below!!
