Happy Friday! Between the new pup and lots of new recipe development, this week flew byā¦ but Iām excited to share a new meal plan with you today. Although I do always try to give plant-based subs for each recipe I share on here, a fully vegetarian meal plan has been highly requested and this week Iām giving it to you! I put together a list for five dinners + a few meal prep ideas for the week that use 100% plant-based protein but still bring the flavor and fun (and are gluten-free as usual).
If you saw plant-based and let out a sighāhear me out. You might be thinking these are going to be boring, unsatisfying, tofu-only mealsā¦ well donāt worry because that is NOT the case. This list has only one meal that uses tofu and weāre using all different kinds of plant-based proteins. The dinners are both nourishing AND delish because I refuse to make a recipe that doesnāt check both of those boxes!!
All that said, I know some of you (or your families) prefer animal proteins as well so Iāve added additions or swaps for each recipe if youād like to add that in.
You all know I am not vegan or vegetarian myself, but I still make a lot of plant-based recipes because I like a mix š«¶ I call my philosophy āplant-forwardā which basically means although itās not 100% plant-based, plants remain a focus of each dish.
