Officially, winter isn’t here for another month-ish, but it’s feeling so much like it right now. The holiday bustle is starting, I saw a few stray snowflakes flying around earlier this week, and Copley officially does not want to go outside more than absolutely necessary (understandable). This week I want to preview cozy flavors and seasonal veg! P.S. gift guides are coming to your inbox next week!! So excited to share them with you.
This week we have a full menu of seasonal meals perfect for the late-fall early-winter transition including a creamy one-pot chicken, slow cooker soup, and a loaded sheet pan pizza. I also have a brand new sheet pan meal with a delicious miso mustard sauce—I’m kind of loving miso right now if you can’t tell!!
This time of year I love to lean into comfort foods with produce like potatoes, squash, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms, so you’ll see lots of produce-forward meals. Other honorable mentions included in this week’s recipes are shallots and garlic to bring their aromatic flair, lemon and herbs—I love a winter citrus moment—and dijon mustard which is not an ingredient I use often, but it adds exactly what we need for the sheet pan sauce and marinade for our chicken!
The full recipes, grocery list, and prep day plan are all ready for you!
This week’s dinner meal plan is also featured in my upcoming Youtube video. It comes out Sunday morning and if you’re subscribed you’ll get it right to your inbox!
Today’s post includes week 3 of the November Meal Prep Plan.
