Hello and happy Friday everyone! With all the love for the January and February meal prep plans we had to kick off the new year, I want to keep it going with a new 4-week breakfast and lunch meal prep plan for April. With spring here and longer, warmer days ahead, I want to spend less time in the kitchen and more time outside—and I’m guessing you do too! That’s exactly why I love these meal prep plans. With just one dedicated prep day each week where you’re guided through 3-4 recipes, you’ll have breakfasts and lunches ready to go for the entire week (and beyond, thanks to our freezing guide!). A calendar for the month is included so you can easily follow along and see what to prep, what to refrigerate or freeze, and what to reheat each day!
Just like last time, following the plan (including the freezing/storing instructions) will leave you with breakfast and lunch for the entire month! If you’re cooking for 2, 3, 4, or more multiply the prep as needed. You also have access to our archive of meal plans (grocery lists included) if you want to add one on each week for dinners! Do what works best for you and your schedule.
Here’s the plan:
Spend one prep day a week making breakfast and lunch recipes.
Use the Freezing Guide to extend them through weekends or even the next week.
Follow the Meal Prep Calendar to eliminate guesswork & reduce decision fatigue.
This week’s newsletter includes everything you need for week 1—a complete grocery list, recipe rundown, and freezing guide. Starting next Friday, you’ll find the prep plan for the following week included in the newsletter—just like before. Want the full plan now? Just scroll to the bottom of today’s post to download the complete 4-week guide with all the recipes and grocery lists in one place. You can always print it out or follow on your phone/computer. I can’t wait for you to dive in! 🎉

This time around, there are some fun additions:
Week 3 includes a special guest recipe! My friend, RD, and recipe developer, Kylie Sakaida, is giving us a sneak peek from her cookbook coming out Tuesday, So Easy So Good and generously shared a recipe to complete your breakfast prep. I highly encourage you to check out the book and consider ordering (30% off rn!!)
Week 4 is “Winner’s Week” featuring the top-voted meals from our March Meal Prep Madness, chosen by you all! This was so much fun to put together and I absolutely love knowing which recipes are your favorites.
If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments or in our chat!
