can't wait for you to try it! Spinach will likely burn in the oven, so you can cook it separately, then add it to each plate, or let the warm sheet pan steam over top of the spinach to soften it just before serving!
I made it last night and OMG it was soooo good🤤!!! I ended up keeping the kale in the recipe and it added a delicious crunch. Im not usually a kale person but I really enjoyed it! 😊
thanks for trying this one!! If you want to make it again, you can cook the tortellini separate, or swap for gnocchi! updated the recipe with some notes too :)
ooooh honestly I think so?? just make sure it's gets really well coated in the olive oil (maybe a little extra?) and keep an eye on it as it cooks! I've never tried ravioli on a sheet pan so I can't be 100% sure, but it feels similar enough. definitely let us know if you try it out!
This looks delicious! Is there any place that you list the macros for these recipes? That would be super helpful, especially as I plan meals for the day. Otherwise I’ve Benny moving your recipes!! ❤️
Hi Amanda! Every dinner plan comes with macros included, our first dinner plan for september comes out on Friday and this recipe is in it! If you need them before then, I recommend using a macro counter, like samsung food, you can plug the recipe link from my website right in and it calculates for you!
I made this tonight and loved the flavors! So creative. Curious, the tortellini’s came out crunchy. Is that the intention? Just didn’t flavored was delicious!! ***!!!
The edges of the tortellini will come out crispy (not crunchy like un-cooked crunchy), that's the intention! But the middles should be fully cooked. If yours aren't, you can always pop them in some boiling water for a minute or two to soften before baking and they should come out perfect! ☺️
This looks absolutely delicious!!
Made this for dinner tonight and it was SOOO delicious!!! Thank you!!
so glad you liked it becca!
This sounds amazing!!! Ill be making this for dinner tonight 😁 Can I switch out the kale for spinach in this recipe?

Made this tonight and flavor was really there but I didn’t love the crunch of the tortellini! I think I would cook the tortellini apart next time

Do you think we could sub maple for the honey? Husband can’t have honey.
yes!! start with 1 tablespoon and add more to taste!
Do you think this would also work with ravioli? I cannot find dairy free tortellini in my area but I can find dairy free ravioli

Does the tortellini cook in the oven? Or should you cook it in stove before?
