It’s the last week of the month (where did January go?!) which means time for a new monthly meal prep plan 👏 Your enthusiasm for the January prep plan, including the recipes from Don’t Think About Dinner, has me excited to do it again for February. And this one is so good and so EASY… I’ve been looking forward to getting home from book tour and getting right into it!
This time of year calls for a balance of cozy and fresh so we’re leaning on delicious soups and pasta dishes while also getting in our plants in with chopped salads and citrus-inspired breakfasts. Either way, we’re doing super simple but super tasty recipes all month long!! And the plan is coming to you a day early! ✨
I overheard that soup season ends by March… skeptical if I agree but if that’s you, take advantage of this month’s prep plan—there are two delicious soups in store! And I personally love the mix of breakfasts we’ve put together for February… there’s different variations of baked oats, biscuits, and overnight oats or chia pudding each week ensuring there’s something easy and filling to grab from the fridge or freezer each morning without boredom halfway through the month. Even if you don’t follow the full plan, prepping breakfast is one of the best things you can do to set up your days and week for success! Start somewhere ❤️
