Happy Friday my friends!!!! What a week!! I’m officially halfway through the DTAD book tour and soaking in every minute because wow it is going by so fast. Tonight I’m in Seattle and then San Francisco on Sunday (you can still get tickets for both) and I have truly enjoyed meeting you all so much. Never have I ever traveled this much!
This week was very special. On Wednesday I found out that Don’t Think About Dinner is OFFICIALLY a New York Times Bestseller!!!!!! which is genuinely a dream come true. This was a huge goal, especially as I competed with some huge names this week, and I quite literally could not have done it without you all supporting me and ordering your copies. Thank you so much for trusting me and loving DTAD 🩷 This is just the beginning!! Keep on tagging me, sending pics, and leaving reviews 🫶

You all have been loving last week’s bonus recipe + dinner plan which makes me very excited to share ANOTHER new one with you today: honey sriracha meatball bowls. It’s the kind of meal that feels fun and crave-worthy but very easy to make on a weeknight (plus, perfect for meal prep!!). The bowls are a little sweet, a little spicy, very saucy (my favorite category of food), and built on honey, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, and coconut aminos for that sticky-savory balance that just works. The best part is that it’s a bowl, which means it’s endlessly adaptable. Don’t love carrots? Swap in cucumber. No edamame? Toss in some bell pepper, snap peas, or whatever veggie you need to use up. Got some ground beef in the freezer? Use that instead!
Today you’re getting the bonus recipe plus a quick and easy dinner plan for the week AND week 4 of the January Meal Prep Plan. All of the meals are easy to prep ahead—we love a component prep moment over here—or come together with minimal active prep and cook time. As always, the meal plan includes a color-coded grocery list and prep day plan that walks you through an efficient meal prep session to get ahead. The goal is always to help you think less about dinner so follow the list, prep guide, and recipes from start to finish this week!
If you’re cooking for 1 or 2, I recommend making the honey sriracha bowls, Mediterranean chopped salad, and white chicken chili for your week of meals! Let’s do this!
