Happy New Year everyone!!! It’s no secret that I love this time of year. I love a fresh start, something that kickstarts a goal of mine, or better yet—a way to accomplish a goal with a community of likeminded people around me. If you’re hoping to make 2026 a year of organization and simplicity in the kitchen, you’re in the right place.

I didn’t always feel this way—I used to dread the new year. Always feeling like come January 1st, I had to change everything about my life and become someone completely new. Looking back, I know that was because I was trying to bully myself into change, which never worked and never came from a positive place. Instead, when I reframed my healthy habits as the best version of self care and a way to love myself most, my thoughts about myself changed, my attitude around food changed, and my health changed. I realized that I didn’t have to be unhappy while eating well. And actually… I could be very happy, feeling my best doing it.

I’m so grateful to have been on this journey with you all, meal prepping each week and sharing my menus. I can’t wait to continue the monthly prep plans this year, starting today!! The full January meal prep plan is here and this first week is a very special one—all four recipes are exclusive, never-before-shared, sneak peeks straight from Don’t Think About Dinner!
