📣 The secret’s out: my debut cookbook Don’t Think About Dinner is available for pre-order. 125+ of my best recipes, plus 12 weeks of meal plans with full grocery lists!
I can’t even believe it, but June is here in a couple of days… And we’re going through another month of “future you is gonna thank you” prep to kick it off. You’ve all been loving the Meal Prep Plans (as have I!) and I have a brand new one! The June Meal Prep Plan is everything you need for early summer—low lift recipes that can be prepped on Sunday and enjoyed throughout the week (or even the month, thanks to the freezer) so you can spend more time enjoying your summer and less time standing in front of the fridge with no idea what to eat. AND you’ll be eating meals that taste delicious but still keep you nourished, with plants and protein in mind.
I did the work for you so you can follow the grocery lists provided, prep 3-4 recipes just once a week, and have breakfast and lunch COVERED for the entire month.
In the guide you’ll find a freezer guide that walks you through how to store your prep each week, and that’s what does the heavy lifting and ensures you’re covered all month. Then just follow the calendar that tells you exactly what to eat each day!
Week 1 is ready to roll…
This week’s newsletter gives you everything you need for the first week: the grocery list, the full recipes, storage & reheating instructions, swaps & subs, and ⏰ time, 💵 money, and 😴 energy saving tips for each! The next 3 weeks will land in your inbox every Friday, or if you’re a planner, scroll down to access the full 4-week guide now.
Just like last time, following the plan (including the freezing/storing instructions) will leave you with breakfast and lunch for the entire month! If you’re cooking for 2, 3, 4, or more multiply the prep as needed. Do what works best for you and your schedule and you can expect our usual dinner plans going out on Fridays throughout the month too.
