Joining us after week one? Head here!

Today is our monthly meal prep plan day, where you get everything you need to prep breakfast and lunch for the entire month of March! 🎉

March marks the start of the change of seasons (finally), which means you’re still getting some cozy classics mixed in with fresh, bright, plant-forward meals. These monthly prep plans are always seasonally focused, which is what gets me (and you all!) so excited to cook and eat from them each month! Now that I’m living outside the city, I’ve been stopping in a few local farm stores and scoping out their late-winter options, which helped inspire the new recipes in this month’s plan.

This month, we’re incorporating spinach, onion, cabbage, and ginger root for some zing, and using a variety of proteins throughout the weeks to keep things interesting and, of course, tasty all month long ✨ Lots of new recipes incoming!!

A few things to keep in mind as you get started with the new prep plan!

  • Each monthly prep plan yields breakfast and lunch for one person each day of the month; double as needed.

  • Included in today’s post is the full month-long guide with weekly grocery lists, recipes, prep day plans, and freezing/reheating instructions. Head to the bottom of this post to view, download, or print it.

  • Use the calendar!! It’s at the bottom of today’s post and your guide for the whole month. It tells you exactly what to pull from the fridge or from the freezer stash. It also keeps track of what you have in the freezer for weekend meals!!

  • 🚨Macros are now included! We heard ya and now have macros for each recipe in the plan. You’ll find week 1 macros linked just before the recipes. As the subsequent weeks roll out in our Friday posts this month, you’ll find the macros for the new week of recipes included.

  • Looking for dinner ideas to complete the month? Check out the archive of dinner plans, or keep an eye on your inbox every Friday this month for a new dinner plan for the week.
