I’m currently running a spring sale for the eat goood newsletter!! 🩷 Get 25% off your annual membership (that’s just $3.40 per MONTH!!) if you subscribe this week! You’ll get access to the entire archive of posts + meal plans, grocery lists, subscriber-only recipes, & more!

Happy Friday! Are you thinking about your grocery list or meal prep plan for the upcoming week already? Since Friday is the day I set aside to meal plan and write out my grocery list, I definitely am.

Today’s newsletter is all about meal prep, and more specifically about the roadblocks you all told me you have when it comes to meal prepping—things like having too little time, not liking food after it sits in the fridge or just not liking meal prepped food generally, not knowing what foods are best for meal prep, dietary restrictions, lack of ideas, and more.

For this month’s Q&A I decided to switch things up and do it in a long-form video format where Brian asked me the questions all of you had. This is the first time I’m trying long form videos, so I’m excited to hear what you think and if I should do more!

I’m also sharing my recommendation for this week’s meal prep (plus what groceries you’ll need) and five dinner ideas for this week! Basically we have a very jam-packed newsletter this week but I just had a lot to say…so let’s get into it!
