While I wish I could give each of you a personalized “jenn eats goood wrapped” for 2024 to see which recipes you made most, instead I’ll just share mine (and wait for that technology to be available next year 🤣). To close out 2024, the final newsletter of the year includes my favorite meal prep recipes from this year that I will DEF be taking with me into 2025. And honestly it was not easy to pick!!!
With the new year I’m also making some updates to the newsletter (yay!) and outlined most of those in Friday’s post, but I also have some additions coming to the weekly Sunday newsletter to give you even more delicious & actionable content.

top breakfasts
pizza high-protein breakfast biscuits — c’mon, pizza for breakfast!!? this high-protein vechile for that pizza flavor was a fave for sure
key lime chia pudding — y’all went crazy for this one over the summer & I understand why! I have a new version coming soon!
black bean and cheddar breakfast burritos — the best breakfast prep & freezer-friendly so you can stock your freezer ahead of time
top lunches
chopped white bean mediterranean-inspired salad — I’ve always been chopped salad obsessed, and this one might just be my favorite one ever (no lettuce!)
green veggie lemony orzo salad — this one is so refreshing & bright! I love adding some cooked chicken or tofu on top
chopped southwest black bean salad — see above, clearly obsessed… and the Greek yogurt + taco seasoning dressing is shockingly delish
top dinners
baked feta, chicken, and quinoa with veggies — this one is a ride-or-die and one of my most viral recipes for good reason
sheet pan chicken thighs with cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, and pesto — high protein, big flavor, & easy clean up all in one perfect meal
top vegetarian
rainbow veggie sheet pan with green tahini sauce — two words for you: the sauce 🤤 a plant-based meal that keeps you full!
high protein creamy roasted red pepper pasta — a cozy comfort favorite with sneaky extra protein, since it was the year of cottage cheese I think?
