I get requests daily to continue my budget grocery series where I take a $50-$60 grocery haul and turn it into a week of healthy dinners, and I’m so happy to say I’m coming back with a new one this upcoming week!! And this time, there’s a brand new twist that I’m excited to share. I’m counting down the hours until Sunday!!

But first, let’s do a quick recap if you haven’t been here for all of my editions so far:

  • I actually started this series about a year ago now, and I had no idea people were going to love it so much! The first time around I turned a $75 grocery list into a week of dinners, but then I realized I could do it for even less by getting strategic.

  • That’s when I dropped the grocery list to just $50 and did new gluten and dairy free lists + recipes in March and May of last year. Then I continued the series with a $60 list in July that featured summer themed recipes.

  • My two most recent series that included $55 grocery lists from October and November were definitely my two favorites—I finally felt like I perfected how to shop as efficiently as possible to make recipes that weren't just healthy, but SO crave-worthy too.

Fast forward to today, making these lists and trying to make unique, delicious, and nutritious recipes on a budget is like a fun game to me. This kind of planning takes a lot of time and testing, so it makes me so happy that I get to share the list + recipes with you all to make your lives easier!! Just get the list and follow along!

Now, I’m going to share the FULL grocery list with you below that I’ll be using this week + all of the meal names we’re going to be making. I hope you follow along by grabbing the ingredients before Monday—then we can cook together!

If you have any questions on substitutions just leave a comment or send a message in our chat 😊
