Hellooo 2025 and happy Friday!!! I hope your start to the year has been exciting and successful, but if it hasn’t let me assure you that January 1st doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. You have plenty of time to identify your goals and begin establishing routines in 2025, regardless of how the past few days have gone. And if your goals happen to include meal prepping this January, this newsletter was made for you.
When I started my journey to create a meal prep practice that actually stuck (this was back in 2018), I committed to, at minimum, prepping one breakfast and one lunch option each week. From there, I was able to incrementally build up my meal prep plan (like prepping multiple options or incorporating some partial prep to get ahead on dinners for the week) and began to fall in love with the process.
I want to start 2025 by providing exactly that: a plan to establish a sustainable meal prep routine so you can build a meal prepping habit with the work done for you. This month you’ll get a meal prep plan (between 3 and 4 recipes) for each Sunday, including a grocery list for each week and recipe PDFs for each one. You can modify this to only make the breakfasts or only make the lunches, prep in the middle of the week, or just pick out recipes that sound good to you—whatever will be most sustainable for YOU!
With that said, we’re starting off the year with possibly one of my favorite meal preps I’ve ever done! Week one features 2 new breakfast recipes and 2 new lunch recipes (half of which can be frozen to make them stretch), and I’m giving you access to the entire month right now so you can get ahead.
