I’m so thrilled to FINALLY launch my weekly newsletter + have the opportunity to share even more of my recipes and life with you all!! I love sharing on social media but I find it’s hard to get everythinggg I want to share on there without a total content overload, so for those of you who are like — YES I want more!! You’re in the right place.
This week’s recap
This week was crazy.
First off, I launched my BRAND new website (!!!) and I couldn’t be any more excited. This project has taken MONTHS of work and I can’t believe it’s finally here. The whole process has honestly made me so reflective on my journey — my original gooodeats.com website was a bare bones Wordpress site that I had to use YouTube to navigate every time I used it. BUT it made me feel like my brand & recipes had some legitimacy back when I had like 1,000 followers… I had no idea what was to come.
Now, when I look at how many of you have clicked on my recipes I am just in awe! And having a website that feels more “me” and is easier to navigate from the user standpoint is so amazing. If you haven't had a chance to, definitely take a peek and see everything on there!

Most notably, I now have a section on the site specifically for my Sunday meal preps (so you can see exactly what recipes I used for each meal prep) and for my Budget Grocery Series (so you can get all of the recipes and grocery list in one place)! You can also search, filter by diet, find all of my Trader Joes recipes in one place, and sooo much more.
I also had a little celebration with my friends & family this week for hitting my 1 million follower milestone and it truly warmed my heart, it was so special.
So I can celebrate with you too, I’m also doing a MASSIVE giveaway to celebrate the website launch + the start of the eat goood newsletter so if you haven’t seen that, go check it out over on Instagram—my post from Monday 1/15!

More from me
I also shared the most detailed video I’ve ever made on exactly how I grocery shop and plan my meals this week, which you can check out here if you missed it. I tried to make it as actionable as possible. Some of the tips include:
Making a grocery list with meals at the top and ingredients at the bottom
Choosing one extremely easy breakfast to prep each week
Prioritizing organization and meal prep right after grocery shopping
And more! Check it out here.
I hope you all have a lovely week, and be sure to stay tuned over on Instagram and TikTok to see what I have for y’all this week!
If you have any feedback on the newsletter, my DMs are open and I’m looking to make this as valuable for you as possible, so let me know what you’d like to see!
