Is anyone else a little disappointed by the cold start to spring?? I’ve been on a mission to make more recipes with summer produce and flavors to make me feel like it’s summer, even though the weather hasn’t come around quite yet. This week’s meal plan unintentionally includes lots of lemon and lime, and if you follow along those bright flavors might make you feel the summer energy too!
Despite the chillier temps, I had a fun week and celebrated my 27th birthday yesterday. I took some time to reflect on the past year and I can honestly say it was the best one yet. This past year I left my job and took the leap to make jenneatsgoood full-time, shared hundreds of new recipes, got married, went on our honeymoon in Portugal, celebrated 1 million followers on Instagram, went live on Good Morning America, traveled to so many new places, and had countless unforgettable memories with family and friends. I also got to connect with so many of you through social media and through this newsletter, and I just want to express my gratitude for you all—I feel so lucky every single day to have this incredibly supportive community behind me. I couldn’t have done any of this without you!
Going into 27, I’m looking forward to sharing even more of my life and recipes with you all—there is SO much good stuff to come!! Including some exciting announcements coming up 😉
