Welcome to day ten of 10 days of fall dinners!
Our final recipe of this year’s fall dinner series is a winner and a subscriber bonus recipe for September: pumpkin rigatoni bake with spicy sausage. It fills the kitchen with the best fall smells and makes enough to feed a small crowd. Perfect for cozy nights in, football Sundays, and festive autumn dinner parties!
Pasta bakes are my personal favorite easy-to-prep comfort meal. In today’s recipe, we prepare the pasta and sauce separately, then assemble them in a baking dish and bake for just about 10 minutes. Perfect because you can prep everything ahead, then bake for those last 10 minutes right before serving! It’s also freezer-friendly two ways: freeze the whole thing baked, or prep through assembly and freeze before baking!
It’s Friday, so that means a brand new dinner plan for next week is included right in today’s post! Like our first dinner plan of September, the meals come from the fall dinner series, so you have a chance to try ‘em all.
Shop the grocery list and prep some meals and components ahead with our prep day plan, or pick one or two meals to make this week! Head right to the dinner plan here.
Each month paid subscribers get one (sometimes two!), bonus recipes. These recipes are brand new for paid subs, and include an accompanying dinner plan for the following week. Upgrade to paid to unlock today’s recipe + the full plan for the week! Plus, you’ll get our community-fave breakfast and lunch prep plan in your inbox every month.
