Welcome back to another edition of the eat goood newsletter! It’s Friday, I’m on the train back to Boston, and I’m really looking forward to some spring weather this weekend. I’m really hoping we’ve seen the last of days with highs in the 40s for at least a little while. And I can’t stop saying it—this warm weather is getting me sooooo excited for all the delicious seasonal produce we have coming up!!

I’ve got a brand new meal plan for you this week! Below, you’ll find the recipes + a printable grocery list that includes all the ingredients you’ll need to make them. Say goodbye to the decision fatigue surrounding what to eat every night, minimize the obscure, use once-and-never-again ingredients, and make low-waste, high-taste meals.

In addition to continuing these meal plans I’ve been brainstorming ideas for spring and summer content, and I want your opinion on one of my next series, so be sure to vote in the poll I have below ♥️
