How the heck is it already spring? Even though I’m usually not a big fan of Boston winters, this one absolutely flew by… I guess it is true that time flies when you’re having fun because I have had a blast building this community on Substack and putting together some hearty and nourishing meal plans and grocery lists.

And on that note, it’s that time again—below is our latest meal plan newsletter with a grocery list that will allow you to make five nourishing and delicious dinners for the upcoming week. I’m expecting the grocery stores to be extra busy this weekend with the holiday so you better believe I’m doing a pick-up order this time 😂

If you have any thoughts about this grocery list or these recipes, I would love to hear them in the comments, through our Substack chat, or in my DMs. You all are truly the reason I am able to keep putting out content like this on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and of course Substack, and I want to make sure the content I am making matches what you are looking for. I also loved hearing your thoughts on meal prep roadblocks in the group chat—more to come on that! Thanks for being you 🥰
