Spring is officially here (can someone pls tell the weather in Boston though… it keeps playing with my heart!! 😭) and this week’s meal plan leans into all the fresh, vibrant flavors that come with springtime. I’m big on cooking with seasonal ingredients not only for flavors, but also for accessibility and price. When certain produce is in season, it’s a lot easier (and more exciting!) to find and typically at its lowest price. If you have access to a farmer’s market, local farm store, or CSA… even better!! And as always, this week’s plan is designed to make strategic use of ingredients across multiple meals—so there’s less waste, more flavor, and every dollar stretches further.

This week’s grocery list has a few frequent flyers: hearty greens like kale and arugula, cabbage, lemons—my forever favorite citrus—and chickpeas, which you’ll see pop up more than once, but if chickpeas aren’t your thing, don’t worry! I’ve included easy swaps for every recipe. You’ll also find a quick seasonal produce guide to help you make the most of spring ingredients. Brian and I tried out our first CSA (community supported agriculture) box last summer and it totally changed the way I cook with seasonal ingredients, so this guide is here to bring that same inspo to your kitchen ☀️

Before we get into it, ICYMI, I re-launched my Youtube channel!! The first episode comes out on Sunday, can’t wait for you to watch and to hear your thoughts!
