I want to make the sheet pan gnocchi but my grocery store doesn't sell frozen gnocchi, just dry potato gnocchi in the pasta aisle! Do you think I could make it by cooking it per instructions first? Not sure how to modify or if it's possible. Love u Jenn!

You don't need to boil it first! It should be fine with fresh -- it may turn out more crispy than if made with frozen, tho.

All I had was spaghetti squash and dry gnocchi. It was still a perfect dish. So much flavor. Great fall dish. Delicious!!
