Hello and happy Friday friends! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and can take some time to unwind today and this weekend after the holiday rush 🤎 I took some time to reflect yesterday on everything I’m grateful for, and this amazing community is right at the top of the list. I’ll never stop having immense gratitude for all of you and the support you’ve given me, so thank you!!!
Since we’re coming off of Thanksgiving week I wanted to make this week’s meal plan a post-holiday plan. Basically that means it consists of recipes that can use up turkey leftovers (if you have them), are packed with veggies to make us feel our best, and are easy to put together since it’s such a busy time of year. As always, you’ll find seasonal veggies featured, so if you have unused produce from yesterday you should be able to use that up as well! Lots of swaps & subs options are listed below the plan 💕
