Not sure how to navigate my Substack? This post will walk you through where to find everything! I'm so thrilled you've chosen to be here 💕
Hi! I’m Jenn, a recipe creator based in Boston who loves good, nutrient-dense food that doesn’t take a lot of brain power to make. You might know me from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube but I created this newsletter to:
Empower you to try new recipes & ingredients you may not have tried before
Show you the power of planning & prepping when it comes to eating well
Share my tips & tools with you for saving time & money on food prep
Give you easy recipe inspiration to decrease your mental load each week
Make healthy cooking FUN and EXCITING 🩷
Overall, I want to guide you from your grocery list to your last bite, and everything in between. I’m so grateful that you’re here. You can learn more about me here.
what you can expect as a paid subscriber:
The Archive — As a paid subscriber you always get access to everything I’ve ever posted here on Substack. Keep scrolling on this page for links to every meal plan, bonus recipe, and guide I’ve ever shared, which you can view at any time.
Sunday newsletters — Every Sunday morning I send out a recap, so you can grab links to everything I shared that week all in one spot. I also include extra information on these newsletters, plus my recommendations for the week! This is available to both free and paid subscribers.
Friday newsletters — Every Friday I send out a subscriber-only newsletter. Throughout each month, you can expect two meal plans with grocery lists, one exclusive new recipe, one ingredient prep guide, and additional resources throughout! You also get access to the full archive of past meal plans, recipes, and guides as a paid subscriber.
Meal plans + grocery lists — The top request I get from you all is MORE grocery lists with recipes, so paid subscribers get a grocery list & meal plan for the week twice a month on Fridays (this is in addition to what I already share on social media, exclusively for Substack). Depending on the month, sometimes it’s more!
Bonus recipes — You get recipes that I’ve exclusively developed for my paid subscribers to your inbox once per month, often including video instructions or guides to set you up for success. These recipes include extensive swap and substitution options, plus prioritize seasonal ingredients.
Ingredient prep — Because the first few ingredient prep guides I shared were SO popular, it’s now a permanent part of the monthly rotation. This is where I show you what I bought, what components I prepped, and what meals I made using those components. I give you access to the full grocery list, the component recipes, and meal assembly guide, all with budget and time in mind!
The Extras — Each Friday newsletter includes three sections aimed at making following the recipes easier: Prep Ahead, Time Crunch, and Goood to Know. Prep Ahead will tell you what components can be made ahead of time, Time Crunch will give you tips for cutting down cook time, and Goood to Know will fill you in on ingredient swaps, important information, and my personal recommendations.
Subscriber-only chat & comments — Unlock a more intimate community where we discuss anything and everything. Ask me questions about recipes, discuss notes with others, share your feedback with me, and just have fun conversation!
Grocery series early access — When I share my popular grocery series on social media (where I take a certain $ list and turn it into a week of meals), paid subscribers only get early access to the grocery list and recipes.
Be the first to know — I have an exciting year ahead and so much fun stuff to share with you all. If you want to be the first to know about all things jenneatsgoood, Substack is the place to be.
I want this to be a place where we can all interact and feel like friends. I’m always open to your feedback and love hearing what’s most valuable to you. As this community has grown, I’ve made a lot of changes based on your feedback, and will continue doing so!
FAQ
1. Help! I’m not receiving newsletters to my email!
This typically happens based on how you set up your Substack account! It’s super easy to fix, just head here to find a step by step with pictures. Also, be sure that the email you signed up with is the correct spelling.
2. I can’t access my Substack account
If you can’t sign into your account, you may have subscribed with a misspelled email address, or you’re logging in with a different email address than what you subscribed under. Make sure you’re logged in with the email you subscribed with (you can check by searching “eat goood” in your email inbox). You can get in touch with the Substack Support team here for help with any issues logging in.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
I’m sorry to see you go! To cancel an active subscription, you will need to be logged into your Substack account and access your settings. Check out this article for a step by step tutorial with pictures. Please note: Selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email from me does not cancel your paid subscription.
4. I’m having trouble accessing paid content and the Substack platform, what do I do?
Substack is a platform I use to host my content, unfortunately I do not know the answer to most questions related to issues related to the platform, for example, if content is not showing up, if you are having trouble logging in, etc.
5. Where can I find nutritional information for the recipes?
I don’t provide nutritional information for my recipes directly. The focus of my recipes are quality of ingredients vs. macros, but I completely understand it might be something you want. In order to get the information, I highly recommend using Samsung Food (which is free). Go to “Planner”, then “Add”, then “Add From Recipe URL” and paste the link from my website in. You’ll get everything you need!
The direct link to my Substack page is here. Once here, navigate to “sign in” in the top right corner, and follow the prompts to sign in to Substack to access my content. If you are still stuck, Substack has a wonderful support team who are able to help! You can access their support page here.

Jenn ~ when I navigate to your recipes, I get so many pop up ads it makes it difficult to read the content. Do you know if this is a phone setting or is this how your content is supposed to look? Thank you! Love your recipes!
This is so helpful for finding past recipes. Thank you!!
