Happy Friday and hello November! The months feel like they are passing by SO quickly and we’re quickly approaching the holiday season, I can’t even believe it! This time of year always feels incredibly busy and fast paced so I wanted to put together a meal plan for you that prioritizes QUICK meals that still pack in the flavor and nutrients. Below you’ll find five dinners for next week that have a combined time (prep AND cook time) of just 30 minutes start to finish (because we’ve all had those experiences when something says 30-minute meal and it quickly turns into a 90-minute meal 🤣). Your time is valuable but you still deserve to eat goood!!!
I’m certainly staying busy lately with lots of cooking and creating new recipes for you all, and having SO much fun with it… plus a few secrets projects in the background 😉 This time of year is always my favorite and I’m ready to round up lots of Thanksgiving and Holiday inspiration for you, so let me know in the comments if you have any requests that you’d like to see my take on ❤️
Given we are in this cozy fall season, the recipes will continue to highlight seasonal produce and warm spices like thyme, rosemary, and sage. I’ve also added additions and swaps for each recipe so you can customize them and make them your own!
