Hello and happy Friday! Over the past few weeks, I’ve loved seeing your photos, tags, and messages about January’s meal prep plan—it’s been amazing to see how many of you have embraced new prepping routines and tackled an entire month’s worth of breakfasts and lunches. It’s so clear that this was something we needed to kick off the new year! With all the love for last month’s plan, we’re keeping the momentum going and doing it again in February with a brand-new 4-week meal prep guide! 🎉
Just like last month, following the plan (including the freezing/storing instructions) will leave you with breakfast and lunch for the entire month! Cooking for 2, 3, 4, etc.? Multiply the prep as needed. You also have access to our archive of meal plans (grocery lists included) if you want to add one on each week for dinners! Do what works best for you and your schedule.
Here’s the plan:
Spend one prep day a week making just 3 to 4 breakfast and lunch recipes.
Use the Freezing Guide to extend those meals through weekends or even into the next week.
Follow the Meal Plan Calendar to eliminate the guesswork at meal time and save time during busy weeks.

Starting next Friday, you’ll find the prep plan for the following week included in the newsletter—just like last month.
