The orzo salad was light and nice! I swapped peas for asparagus and also roasted the chickpeas

For the sheet pan Greek meatballs, what could I use instead of feta? Two out of four diners are feta haters. Maybe omit from the meatballs and those of us who like feta can sprinkle on top of our plate/bowl? Will the meatballs fall apart without the feta?

I usually use flax “eggs” but wondering if I should subtract the amount used from the ground flaxseed called for in the recipe..?

Loooove the idea of carrot cake baked oats. Any recommendations on how to add more protein to them? Maybe sub some almond flour for vanilla protein powder?
