This week I’m doing a special edition of the round up because ✨SURPRISE✨ my website got a makeover!! To celebrate, this week’s round up includes the 10 most loved recipes on the site—a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinners so no matter what you’re looking for this week, I’ve got you covered with the most popular meals.
Now, for the website refresh! I launched my very first recipe website in 2019 and over time I’ve grown it to have over 350 easy and nutritious recipes 🫢 Over the past 6 years I’ve made so many different veggie-packed, protein-packed recipes that I love making in my own home, and it’s truly the greatest gift to be able to share them with you. Thanks for following along, giving your suggestions, and leaving reviews ❤️
I knew it was time to give her a little update to make it easier than ever to find the recipes you’re searching for, see what’s new, watch my Youtube videos, access the newsletter, and more! The recipe pages have a new look and features so you can get to the good stuff (aka, the recipe) more quickly and there are new categories, like One Pan Meals, to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Can’t wait for you to see!
🚨Reminder: If you make a recipe, leave a rating and review on the site & you’ll be entered to get a free month of the paid newsletter! All you have to do is leave your rating & review, then comment on this post letting me know you reviewed—it can be any recipe on the site! Every month there are 3 winners. And I would SO appreciate it!
Keep scrolling for the recipe round up and a recap of my Substack Live! As always, comments are open for Qs, or if you need swap or sub recs for any of the recipes.

I can’t wait to continue sharing more through The Round Up! More to come.
I echo what everyone says about your website! 😍 Can’t wait to delve more into it!
On your live video, I’m the one that asked about the cream cheese (and the chia pudding, haha…I like asking questions 🤷🏼♀️ ). I was trying to manage my 4.5 yr old at the same time I was watching and missed the rough recipe you mentioned using the cream cheese, pesto, mozz, and chicken I think?
You don’t need to put together a whole recipe for me. Just rough measurements for either 2 or 4 servings (or even 1 and I’ll adjust)…whatever is easiest for you, would be amazing. Thank you SOO much! I’ve truly loved having your recipes to lean on (and everything else you share) knowing they’re flavorful and so healthy for my whole fam. You ROCK!!! 🤘🏻
