I’ve always done a mix but my recipes often lean dairy free! And I always can provide swaps so just let me know what you’re looking for! For the high-protein meals those tend to be the ones with dairy because it is a good way to get more protein in, but it’s usually yogurt which you can swap for DF yogurt or shredded cheese which you can swap for DF! the new salmon recipe I posted this week is dairy-free :)
Made the Spiced carrots with chicken thighs and it was delish! Will definitely add it to my rotation, the yoghurt dressing was just perfection!
