Made the Spiced carrots with chicken thighs and it was delish! Will definitely add it to my rotation, the yoghurt dressing was just perfection!

I am going to make the french onion meatball skillet, but am wondering can I use basmati rice instead of jasmine rice. Would I need to adjust anything?

Jenn I’m dairy free, so struggling to keep up with new recipes full of dairy. I could swear you used to have more DF, right?

I’ve always done a mix but my recipes often lean dairy free! And I always can provide swaps so just let me know what you’re looking for! For the high-protein meals those tend to be the ones with dairy because it is a good way to get more protein in, but it’s usually yogurt which you can swap for DF yogurt or shredded cheese which you can swap for DF! the new salmon recipe I posted this week is dairy-free :)
