Finally got around to watching the livestream - can’t wait for that chocolate mousse recipe 😋 I made the one-pot pasta with sundried tomatoes for dinner tonight. I hadn’t felt like cooking but the simplicity of this recipe encouraged me to get in the kitchen. My partner also loved the pasta - he wasn’t around when I initially made the dish but I had to step out for a bit and just left it out to cool before packaging. Got back and he’d had one serving and went back for seconds 😉
