I LOVE a one pan situation on a busy night, and my favorite way to up level a sheet pan meal is to add a fun sauce—you’ll see a few variations of yogurt-based sauces (easy swap to dairy-free yogurt if needed!) and tahini based in this round up. Here are my top picks for sheet pan meals, right from my kitchen to yours! I honestly rotate between my Our Place pan and Caraway pan most often for sheet pans. While both are a bit of an investment, they’re nice and big, non-stick (aka easy to clean), and non-toxic. Generally I love ceramic, and these have stood the test of time (so far!).
