Happy Friday my friends! We’re nearing the time of year where food, family, and celebration all come together in beautiful ways. While I know that can look different for everyone, I believe that a delicious, comforting meal shared with others can bring a lot of joy. That being said, I’m excited to share this month’s bonus recipe that I developed specifically for your Thanksgiving (or Black Friday) morning. It’s a simple and cozy breakfast casserole that I hope will encourage you and your loved ones to gather and enjoy a nourishing meal together. If a Friendsgiving brunch is more up your alley, this recipe will also be perfect for that.
It can easily be prepped ahead so all you need to do is pop it in the oven and have a few moments of peace before Thanksgiving prep craziness 🍂🦃
