what I’m prepping
Jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuits — Of course I’m following along with you this week—I can’t resist one of my popular breakfast biscuits, and when I shared these with friends at our NYE Airbnb, everyone loved them! Gone in minutes.
Chopped broccoli pesto white bean salad — I haven’t stopped talking about this hidden veggie pesto recipe for days. There are 10 PLANTS in here, enough said.
what I’m loving
Rubbermaid glass containers — This container set was one of my most clicked kitchen items in 2024! If there’s meal prep, chances are these containers are going to be holding all my food. Love that they’re glass (so non-toxic for reheating)!
Kitchen-aid 5-cup food processor — Another top click of 2024! I use mine to make sauces, pestos (like in the broccoli pesto salad), and to blend up my high protein egg muffins. I have this bigger version too, but the 5-cup is my most used.
what I’m recommending
Try a timer for your meal prep — This is one way to make meal prep feel more doable! Set a timer—30, 45, 90 minutes, whatever works for you—and fully dedicate that time to doing some meal prep. I made an exact plan for you here if you want the extra guidance, so you don’t need to spend time picking out recipes!
Ina Garten’s memoir — One of my goals for 2025 is to read more! Started off strong reading Ina Garten’s memoir, “Be Ready When the Luck Happens” and I shockingly finished in a couple of days. It was incredibly inspirational to learn more about her story after watching her on Food Network growing up!

I checked your LTK. What size are your wooden lid containers for chia pudding? // can you link them for the credit when I purchase ;)
