Happy Friday! First of all, if you’re new here, welcome! I’m so excited to have you and if you’re looking for something specific, you can always reference this post.
FINALLY we’ve had a run of beautiful weather here in Boston and I’m so happy about it—you might be able to tell from the meals I picked out for this week’s meal plan ☀️ I spent all winter telling Brian how we need to move somewhere warm when our lease is up next May, and have spent the last week telling him that I never want to leave Boston. All the outdoor nature walks, 8pm sunsets, farmers market trips, and Copley sun-spot sploots have made me forget all about how brutal Boston winters can be, and as I’m writing this, I can confidently say I won’t be thinking about that again until approximately December 1st.
Jokes aside, this week has been an exciting one since I shared the newest edition of my budget grocery series on Instagram, TikTok, and finally…YouTube! As much as I love IG and TikTok, there’s so much that happens in my kitchen that I can’t show in such a short format. And after years of making excuses to myself about why now wasn’t the right time to start a YouTube channel, I finally decided to take the leap and start showing you all more of how I make this series and my recipes come to life.
Thank you all for the support and engagement you’ve shown as I launch onto this new platform. Please don’t hesitate to give me feedback on these videos, because at the end of the day, you all are the reason I’m making them, and I want them to be what you want them to be!
